Kron - One Dane at a Time

Fospice

Since pulling a severely emaciated, tumor ridden Dane from Riverside County Animal Services. A boy we collectively named “Kronicles” and lovingly called, “Kron.”

He has been slightly less energetic lately and has had some significant joint swelling, so I took him to the vet. We made an appt for him to rule things out and we started (and ended) with a chest xray. The chest X-ray shows significant metastatic disease. Dr. Suzy actually has no idea how he is walking around the way he is without showing significant clinical signs. The only explanation: He is our FIGHTER and miracle boy and he is trying to show us that he is not quite done making up for the shitty life he had before… he’s loving this one too much. There’s no doubt he is a special, SPECIAL boy and he has most definitely made his mark in this world. Someone’s trash has been nothing but a treasure and a blessing in mine. Kron has touched so many lives in his short time with us, his life will NOT be forgotten. He will live on in the great memories made and in his incredible story of perseverance, survival and forgiveness. That being said, it is time to start Kron’s “Bucket List.” I will do my best to get most things on his Bucket List accomplished and I will be sure to document and “Kronicle” everything so that he may live on forever in our hearts. Let’s do our best to make his last days count! ❤
